We’re looking forward to helping you create a completely custom, one of a kind banner for declaring our God’s greatness for many to see! Once your order has been placed, email us at banners@preachinggear.com with your design requests and we will go to work on a digital proof. We will email you the proof for your approval or any changes you would like to make. We include three revisions resulting in new proofs with the purchase of your banner. Any further revisions requiring a new proof following that will be an additional $5 per revision charge. After any changes have been made, we will confirm a final proof picture before having your banner printed.
PLEASE NOTE: Banners take 2-4 weeks to process and ship AFTER you have approved the design.
Once your banner has been printed, we will build the internal support structure before shipping to your door. Our banners have your custom design printed directly to the vinyl thus eliminating the risk of your design peeling away. Preaching Gear banners are lightweight but extremely durable. They will arrive at your doorstep fully equipped with support structure, no assembly required. All of our square & rectangle banners come standard with hand grips added to the bottom of the banner. If you DO NOT want hand grips, please make note of that in the order notes box during checkout.
The square banners have two stitched pole pockets at the top and bottom of the banner. The internal support system of PVC pipe is inserted in pole pockets at the top and bottom of the banner. The middle of the bottom section of PVC has a cross fitting in the center to allow a standard painter’s pole or interconnecting tent poles to pass through the cross fitting, slide up between the two pieces of vinyl that make up the front and back of the banner, and into the PVC tee at the top. This very durable support structure combined with double re-enforced stitching around the entire banner ensures that you will have a quality product that is long-lasting, simple to use, and easy to transport and store.

Custom Design Policies
All designs are subject to approval based upon Biblical standards. Due to copyright issues, we will only print scriptures using the KJV Bible, or you may slightly paraphrase in your own words (i.e. “Jesus Said Sin No More” as opposed to the full verse).
If you submit a design for a shirt, banner, or sign that you have created and/or own the rights to and it is completely finished and formatted ready for production, there will be no additional charge for a custom shirt or banner. However, if any changes need to be made to the design, it will still be subject to our custom design fee schedule.
When Preaching Gear creates your design for you, that design is the property of Preaching Gear and Preaching Gear owns the intellectual property rights to that design for all reproduction and further future use. You may not take your completed design to another company for reproduction on any products whatsoever without Preaching Gear’s express written permission.
